    Description

The Pentax Eyepiece SMC XW-10 Tube offers a 70 degree field of view for easier viewing. All of our eyepieces are constructed with a high-refraction, low-dispersion lanthanum glass that consistently delivers bright, high-resolution images with minimal distortion. In addition, all XW series eyepieces are built to JIS Class 4 weather-proof standards which increases their durability in less than ideal conditions. Designed for use with a wide range of telescopes and PENTAX brand spotting scopes, the XW series eyepieces are a clear choice for ground and astronomical applications.

This Eyepiece is Compatible with the PF-65 and PF-65 ED II series spotting scopes, PF-80 series spotting scopes, PF-100 series spotting scopes.

              Stella T. ★★★★★

The 20mm eye relief is a game-changer for me—I can keep my glasses on and still see the full 70° view without any blackout issues. It’s held up fine in light rain during a coastal birding trip, and the twist-up cup locks in place without wobbling.

              Brian ★★★★★

The 70-degree field of view makes scanning across a landscape feel incredibly immersive. I can see every detail clearly even with my glasses on thanks to the 20mm eye relief. It's a solid upgrade for my spotting scope.

              Michael ★★★★☆

The 70-degree field of view makes scanning for birds feel much more immersive than my old eyepiece. Build quality seems solid and weather-sealed, which gives me peace of mind on damp mornings. Only knocked off a star because the focusing ring could be slightly smoother.
