    Description

The Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports Lens for Sony E-Mount is built for professionals who demand precision, durability, and reach. Ideal for wildlife, sports, motorsports, and landscape photography, this ultra-telephoto zoom delivers high-resolution performance across the entire focal range.

Featuring an advanced optical design with 25 elements in 15 groups—including 4 FLD and 2 ELD elements—it minimizes aberrations and delivers sharp, color-accurate images. Optical image stabilization offers up to 4 stops of shake correction, with two OS modes for handheld and panning shots. Autofocus is fast and accurate thanks to a stepping motor and high-precision magnetic sensor.

Designed for rugged environments, the lens includes a dust- and splash-resistant structure, water- and oil-repellent front coating, and a durable barrel made of aluminum and Thermally Stable Composite (TSC). The new Zoom Torque switch allows users to customize zoom resistance, while additional controls include a focus limiter, OS mode switch, custom switch, and three programmable AFL buttons.

Dual-action zooming, a rounded 9-blade diaphragm for smooth bokeh, and a heavy-duty magnesium tripod socket with 90° click stops round out this high-performance lens—ready for any challenge in the field.

    James U. ★★★★★

Finally, a zoom that doesn't make me feel like I'm wrestling a telescope — the dual-action zoom system lets me switch from 150 to 600mm in one smooth motion. I've been using it for bird photography, and the f/5-6.3 aperture is plenty bright for early morning shoots.

    Carter ★★★★★

The dual-action zoom ring is surprisingly smooth, letting me reframe a distant bird in seconds. Tack-sharp results even at 600mm with the OS image stabilization engaged.

    Benjamin I. ★★★★★

I’ve been using this lens for wildlife shoots and the image stabilization really helps keep things sharp even at 600mm. The aperture range handles low light better than I expected for a super-telephoto.
